Description
The core of Tecgov is a clear business description turned into action. The platform helps users go from idea and business model to a complete business plan. Founders answer guided questions about their company, market and goals. The system then organises this input into structured outputs that are ready to share with teams and investors.
Challenge
For this project we stepped into a complex domain. Tecgov needed a multi-module AI co-pilot that turns raw founder input into a structured business plan, OKRs and tasks. Our challenge at Devprodigee was to turn this idea into a reliable, predictable product workflow.
Outcome
We designed Tecgov as a unified ai powered tool that turns scattered founder input into a structured, repeatable planning system. The core of the solution is a multi-module engine that produces a comprehensive business plan, OKRs and tasks from one guided flow. This approach replaced disconnected documents with a single, consistent planning lifecycle.
